There is a big cover-up going on right now. Let me repeat what I have said in many of these threads, if one of the Ingredients is Wheat Gluten, do not use it. That includes people food. As in breads, Doughs, crusts, some veggie food s etc..

Check the labels people.I have found a few breads that do not use wheat gluten.As far as the pet food in question goes, here are the ingedients,

Chicken Cacciatore Top 10 Ingredients: Chicken Broth, Chicken, Chicken Liver, Turkey, Wheat Gluten, Food Starch, Tomato Paste, Dried Egg Product, Tricalcium Phosphate, Salt

Beef Ragout Top 10 Ingredients: Beef Broth, Beef, Chicken, Beef Liver, Chicken Liver, Wheat Gluten, Food Starch, Dried Egg Product, Tricalcium Phosphate, Natural Flavor

Alaskan Halibut & Rice Entree Top 10 Ingredients: Fish Broth, Halibut, Chicken Liver, Turkey, Food Starch, Wheat Gluten,, Ground Rice, Salmon, Dried Egg Product, Chicken

Orleans Seafood Jambalaya Top 10 Ingredients: Fish Broth, Chicken, Mackerel, Salmon, Chicken Liver, Wheat Gluten, Ground Rice, Food Starch, Tomato Paste, Shrimp

If you love your pets(and yourself), do not buy products with wheat gluten.This thing is a lot bigger then the Government would have you believe.

Wheat gluten is in just about everything. It’s why Celiac Disease people have a hard time making up a diet. Go ahead any join them in the frustration!
