So true. A lot of dumb bunny FReepers are going to wake up and realize why conservatives and libertarieans have backed Ron Paul and Richard Shelby when we killed this thing a decade back. No constitutional conservative would ever so lightly grant such powers to the federal scalawags.

Maybe I'm nostaligic but I miss the pre-Bush era here at FR when every FReeper knew this and articulated it regularly along with pointed references to the Second Amendment. ; )
