You know the old saying: “Privatize the profits, outsource the costs.” A great deal for those who hire illegals; not so great for the American taxpayer and worker.

GWB must think Americans are really, really stupid to buy his claptrap on this issue.

He doesn't think for a second that America wants this. He thinks he knows better than we do.

I think three things are driving him.

1. His father is a globalist and raised him to be one.

2. He has genuine feelings for those who want to come here, and he wants to help.

3. Companies have bought influence to ensure they have access to slave labor.

That's what's going on. I understand that Bush is completely blind to the consequences of importing slave labor. My question is if he had enough foresight to see what this is going to do, would he do it anyway?
