Iran to pull out of nuclear treaty 'if further pressure'
Iran will be obliged to pull out of the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty if it is subjected to further international pressure over its atomic programme, chief nuclear negotiator Ali Larijani warned on Monday.
"If they pressure us further we will have no choice but to reconsider our membership of the NPT as parliament has ruled," Larijani said, referring to a law agreed by parliament last year allowing the government to reduce cooperation with the UN nuclear watchdog.

Iran is now certain the UN will do nothing.
With not so Great Britain in a tizzy over hostage book deals, it up the international pariahs, US and Isreal, to carry the ball.

Believe it or not, the Iranian regime would like very much to stay a part of the U.N. For them, being kicked out would be a bad thing.
Kick them out.

It always has been, in reality. The UN is useless and will remain so. If the UN was worth anything, it would throw Iran in the trash can for good. Never happen though — my read is that Israel, backed by US resoruces, will take out Iran’s coverty nuclear weapons capability. Time will tell.

This is actually a pretty big announcement for them to make. Pulling out of the NPT is a serious threat. If they were to pull out, they could at least arguably make nuclear weapons and claim they were under no legal obligation to refrain from making them.
They are taking a page out of the NK playbook

When are we going to wake up and realize we are letting them get away with whatever they demand? No more negotiations. Expell them from the UN. If they don’t give up the nuclear enrichment, prepare to die. It only took 2 bombs to end the war before....just 2.

IAEA and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO)launched in February a new symbol aimed at alerting anyone, anywhere to the potential dangers of being close to a large source of ionizing radiation:

Comment: I think that it is advisable to have a big ad campaign in Iran for this new symbol.
