I guess they don’t think it is important to have their names in the Congressional Record of having voted AGAINST this surrender bill.

I happen to think that it is important..and Smith and Hagel are worse...but to NOT be there for this vote, and have your name down for which “side” you are on, the American or the terrorist side...is indefensible..except for Sen. Tim Johnson.
