Of course he won’t address it, because he has nowhere to hide. He could always tell us again that if we don’t like his positions, then don’t vote for him. He will eventually find that millions of potential voters have abandoned him.

It’s a matter of the separation between state and Federal powers. Immigration, I’m sure he would say, is a Federal power and cities and states can’t be involved in it.
He’d be wrong, but that is what he’d probably say.
This alone is enough to impeach him before he gets elected : )

He fought the feds to maintain NY as a “sanctuary city” all the way to the supreme court as lost. Even then he still failed to follow federal law WRT reporting illegal aliens to the feds.
It gets better and better with this guy. Pro gay. Anti-gun. Not just pro-abortion but pro publicly funded abortion. A personal life that makes Bill Clinton look like a good husband. Pro illegal. I wonder if some of the Rudy bots on here are on his campaign? I just don’t see how a single real conservative could support that cross-dressing RINO.

Rudy: I’m against illegal border crossings, I think everything should be done to discourage it...but, like abortion, we’ve found a right that the illegal aliens are entitled to here in the USA, and as long as they have that constitutional right I’ll fight to guarantee it. Further, if they are deprived of those rights due to lack of funds, I support public funding for their full constitutional enjoyment.
Haven’t heard anyone asking none of these “Candidates” about illegals and what there policy is.

NYC was a santuary city for all nationalities. And I know Mexicans are the first thing that comes to mind. But think about it, law enforecement was not allowed to ask about anyone’s right to be there. Is that the rational thought process for a city that had ALREADY BEEN ATTACKED BY TERRORISTS? The Rudy people can talk all they want about Rudy being the ONLY one to fight the terrorists. 9/11 WAS NOT THE FIRST ATTACK ON NYC!

Did you see the Fox News program that Paul Gigot hosts? The panel referred to Rudy Giuliani as an amateur in politics, and think his “New York” style will not sell in the rest of the U.S.
