Think it’s a lateral staff job to hide her. In the past, the only place for CG Huachuca to go was DCSINT and a third star. That was how it was with Uncle Sidney, Uncle Julius, and I think also Aunt Claudia.
What they're planning on with Aunt Barbara is, and I agree with SandRat, is a lateral to hide her.
