Maybe so, but they are also showing immaturity. Unfortanately, they get tattooed at such a young age and it's difficult and painful to remove them later when and if they "grow up."
Not 100% sure, but my guess would be the percentage of players on each team sporting tattoos.
Different strokes for different folks.
at least he did not call them a percieved derrogatory term for homosexual, that would be far too accurate....
Uhh...tatoos go back WAY farther than sailors.
Imus is revealed here, for those who didnt already know, as a bigot and a jerk. He deserves to lose his job over this.
I dont like the Rutgers womens basketball team myself, despite their basketball skill, because of their unsportsmanlike conduct (in the key tournament win againt Duke, the only reason they won is that a Duke player missed 2 free throws with 0.1 seconds left because the Rutgers players heckled and insulted her if she had made both, Duke would have won the game by 1 point).
But what Imus said about them is completely unacceptable and he deserves to be involuntarily retired.
That’s what puzzles me. If anything the Toronto Raptors have fewer tatoos than most NBA teams. Chris Bosh their star wears his hair nappy style right now so maybe that is it but he is the only one I know with that style on the team.
You are probably right, since I do not see very many NBA games and don’t recall seeing the Raptors this year. Perhaps Imus just mentioned them because they were the first name of an NBA team that came to his mind and which he felt free to insult.
