We have the same thing here in Boise, not sure where they're from but Somalia, Ethiopia, who knows, they stand out like sore thumbs.
This area's got to be extreme culture shock, I've had American Blacks tell me they hate Idaho, I can only wonder what these refugees must think. BTW I've been told I'd be quite unwelcome in certain towns here but I imagine that could be just about any lily-white small towns in America and not limited to Idaho.
