Always remember the look in those POWs eyes—then compare to what we saw on video from this incident. Not at all alike, or even similar. Fear shows up in the eyes.
Yeah, I’m willing to suspend judgement on their behavior not knowing what they had to deal with. But one commentator was talking about how prooooud they are of them in England, and I thought pride might be going a bit far... Relief yes, compassion, yes, pride? Don’t think so.
