Is that now passé and the cause du jour is cluster bomblets?

Cluster bombs were the big cause during Kosovo (replaced by some whining about WP rounds during Fallujah) and now having a resurgence thanks to the recent Israeli invasion.

Was it Kosovo (or maybe Afghanistan long ago) where the bomblets were made to look like toys? Wasn't that the complaint?
