Why isn't Pelosi facing Federal charges? Why aren't Kerry, both Clintons, and a host of other self appointed American citizen "alternative diplomacy" gurus who have met or are meeting with foreign states with whom we have determined to be belligerents and sponsors of terrorism, in jail? Why isn't Berger in prison for stealing classified documents? Where is the DOJ?

Why, because heck half of the Dems would be up on charges if they really had to watch out for the Law. Only Republicans are subject to prosecution. Ask Tom DeLay. Ousted by on trumped up charges by a glory hound state prosecutor, because the Republicans believe in a double standard too.. They call it a higher standard.
But in point of fact, it means that a Child Molester is applauded by the Democrats in the House while a creepy Republican Rep, who nevertheless seems to have followed the law to the letter, drags the whole party out of the House. Its a world where a California Republican Rep who betrayed his country for a few dollars sits in Jail but a Democrat Rep who was caught years ago with $90,000 in marked cash from a bribe in his refrigerator was seriously considered for a major Democrat Committee Chair.
If Republicans every woke up they would cry, "NO MORE DOUBLE STANDARD!!!!!"
