When he ran unsuccessfully for the Senate in 1994 he backed the Brady law and a ban on assault-style rifles. As governor, he supported the state's strict gun-control laws and signed into law one of the nation's tougher assault weapons laws.

Not the only 'front runner' who has a similar track record who says he supports the Second Amendment.

Their cluelessness is the dead giveaway.

Now if Jim Zumbo (after his foul-up) can get the 'I-don't-need-one-of-those-rifles' set back on board the Second Amendment, he will have fully redeemed himself in my eyes. Otherwise, the split in gunowners will rear its ugly head and the divide between hunters and shooters could hurt us all.

It is up to all of us to protect all of our firearms, so just say "No" to the likes of Mitt and Rudy.
