Don’t you find it unusual that the major names of God in Hebrew are both feminine and masculine?

Not at all. We are using the convention of language to convey concepts which are not in all things one-for-one transferrable in the realm of Spirit and Truth. The notions of feminine and masculine should not be miscronstrued to relate a sexual connotation in the name of The Almighty.
