I thought he was commenting on public financing only, not to argue that point, but clearly he feels there's a Constitutional right to abortion.

Rush followed up with another where the reporter asked him if he supported federal funding of abortion.
His argument was IIRC that since it’s a right, and since the woman would be without means, that they’d have to find a way to make that happen.
I imagine that would be over the objections of his “strict constitutionalist” judicial appointments. /sarcasm
