Well, I don't know about "easy" ... as a pro-lifer I would struggle to pull the lever for Rudy.
But in addition to the WOT, there is the little matter of the federal judiciary. It is at least conceivable that Rudy will appoint a few constructionists, or at least split his appointments between moderates and conservatives.
Whereas, if Hillary gets three Supreme Court nominations, we'll get the president, vice-president, and treasurer of the ACLU.
So even though Rudy opposes my convictions, voting for Rudy (not in the primaries, but in the general) might be the option that best furthers my convictions ... or at least does the least damage to them.
Hope it doesn't come to that.
