If you don't like my views, don't vote for me. Regardless of which side of the issue you're on, he has the guts to state his position even though it will cost him votes. I find that pretty refreshing.

With his numbers dropping like a rock, Giuliani has already resorted to his “tough talk”. Of course, it’s with a lisp.

Federal funding? If you’re going to hack up a kid, why should the rest of us be forced to foot the bill? Especially given the moral objections over the matter.
Talk about a complete lack of consideration for the populace...
I really hope a Thompson or at least a Romney overtakes this guy. He’s good for NYC, but I frankly don’t want him running the country.

You see, even though many conservatives don’t like him, as a Republican (a-hem) he is still presenting with this statement better ideals than Dhimmicrats.
A Dhimmicrat would never utter a statement like this because they are thinking all the while, “if you don’t like me, tough. I’ll steal the votes from somewhere to nullify your vote against me.”
That said, not a good way to garner support, Rudy.

What is Fred Thompsons position on federal funding of abortions? He's agin' it.
To: EternalVigilance
Usually candidates wait until after the primary before they flip off the base. I guess Rudy’s decided to start early.

Of course he did not say "take it or leave it". That's CNN's language.

"If that's real important to you, if that's the most important thing, I'm comfortable with the fact that you won't vote for me," the former mayor said. Memo to Rudy: It's not only your stance on abortion that alienates conservatives. It's also about your gun-grabbing, pro-homo, pro-illegal alien, and liberal fiscal positions.
