They did. So it got passed and signed, again, with some tweaks, and is waiting to be heard by the Supreme Court. I think we'll have a decision come June.

Which makes our point. The President nominates judges. Judges decided cases. Liberal, "organic constitution" judges decide cases wrongly, while conservative, strict constructionist judges decide them rightly. Which makes the President's views on abortion, as well as a whole gaggle of other issues with Constitutional overtones, quite important.

The SCOTUS hasn’t ruled on PBA, and I suspect that when they do they will go our way.
