How did paperless office come into this?

It was a side comment relative to the ComputerWorld article. I guess I should've separated it with a line of dashes or something similar, like this:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I'm still having a problem visualizing an internet cafe. You say "An internet cafe is a coffee shop that has free WiFi. :-)".
I'm familiar with bait shops, but not coffee shops and WiFi. Sounds like big-city things. Please help me out--what would the proper analogy be? A bait shop with free:
Hooks?
Bobbers?
Nightcrawlers?
Split Shot?
I just don't get it.
