Blair is talking to the Iranian people and not to the tyrannical Iranian mullacracy.
Of course he bears the people no ill will, just the idiotic government.
That’s what Blair SHOULD have said “to the Iranian PEOPLE”—why should his tone change?? He is playing to the same crowd that Ahmadinejad is playing to, and frankly, the current leadership enjoys barely more support within Iran than Blair does in the UK. THe Iranian people will be the ones to change the Revolutionary Mullah Theocracy that governs Iran, and it IS important to keep reminding them that this is not a conflict with THEM (I firmly believe a MAJORITY of them are fed up with the idiot brinksmanship played by this nutcase showboater currently calling himself a Leader.
