I wish I could say I’m shocked, but I’m not. Prayers for Mrs. Edwards, yes. Prayers for John Edward’s campaign? NOT.

I take back everything I was thinking when people called their press conference about Elizabeth’s cancer “cynical, for the publicity” etc. They were right. Why did I think an ambulance chasing lawyer Democrat candidate would pass the oopportunity to turn his wife’s terminal cancer into campaign cash? Silly me.

As I’ve said previously to all the naysayers who said John Edwards would never try to profit from Elizabeth’s cancer, leopards cannot change their spots.....

Classic Edwards.
Wife's cancer=$
Look for one of his kids to get some kind of illness soon.
To: Dirtysnowbank
well, send them a couple pounds of expired discount coupons from yesteryear newspapers - and preferably in a postage-prepaid envelope.

More proof that trial lawyers cannot sell their souls - because they have no inventory.

Edwards is still an Ambulance Chaser. Now it’s his wife in the ambulance. Sick, but typical.

John Edward’s campaign is irrelevant, so who cares how he runs it?

All my best wishes to her but this is what democrats do. All their personal troubles are treated as factors in their public service, for which we are expected to have sympathy. And this is supposed to require a vote for them.
A Republican's personal issues are treated exactly the opposite. They are either to be ignored or treated as a defect.

Why is this a story? Ambulance-chasing shyster Edwards has spent his whole life profiting off the disease and misfortune of others.

spaceThis is a non-issue IMHO. The mistake was offering a link for condolences on a campaign website. The campaign website's goal is to get the message out and collect money. Anything added to the site gets caught in the "message and money" mission.
Stupid? Yes.
