Palo Alto, Calif. (AP) -- Twelve-year-old Adrian Ramirez huddled with his two sisters on a bench and tried to find the words to describe his feelings about their mother's pending deportation to Mexico.
"I want my family to be together," he said, wiping away tears as Yadira, 10, and Adriana, 6, stared at their shoes. "I want them to stop these laws. . . .

Be together - in Mexico...
Cry me a river!
“”I want them to stop these laws...””
That says it all, doesn’t it?
Oh well.
Gee, maybe if momma hadn’t broken the law, you could stay.
I can hear it now
“I know momma was drunk when she hit that bus and killed all them people but she can’t go to prison. We want to stay together as a family. “
My sentiments exactly. I would add, “And you’re welcome to return someday, but please use the front door. And don’t forget to knock first!”
It is the parent’s fault for entering illegally in the first place
That’s what happens when their parents didn’t do things legally.
I suspect they’ll all cross the border again illegally anyway.
Yeah, me too, Adrian. Me too.
Try tht in Mexico. I’ll just bet they let the kids make the laws there.
There is no law that says you have to stay. This is not Cuba.
Call me Captain Obvious, but if their parents weren’t breaking the law, this would not be an issue. %#^$!! Drive-By-Media.
I’m all out of sympathy for illegals:(
Translated into "Reality Speak"..., Deported Illegal Aliens' Kids Face Dilemma (as a result of their parents criminal actions...)!
Go with them to Mexico, then.
Lots of parents with US citizens kids live in Mexico..so can they. Let them learn the number one lesson of citizenship..obey the law.
If only there were enough politicians with a backbone that would end the stupid “anchor baby” madness. It’s a constitutional fallacy.
“I want my family to be together,” he said...No one is preventing him from accompanying his mother to Mexico. The adults made the decisions that resulted in this situation. He has no one to blame but his parents, while the repoert is encouraging them to blame the American government. Again we have an excellent example of how the birthright citizenship rule is working against the good of the American people.
