When Bill Clinton was in Buffalo a few years ago he was talking about the govt. surplus and tax cuts and he said that he wouldn’t give tax cuts because we wouldn’t spend it on the right things.
I saw that video too and could hardly believe my eyes and ears. You'd think people would understand what libs are up to, but I'm afraid too many Americans most likely would agree with the Slick One. "Oh gee Mister Clinton, here have some more of my money to waste on your stupid social programs."
