There's not enough in the article, other than bringing charges, to say one way or another that this is a breach of national security.
We're allied with India, and it might be some foreign trade that is allowed.

But I'll concede your point and state that I don't choose capitalism over national security.

Personally, I'd like to think we could survive as a nation by closing our four borders for a few years. The socialists and NAFTAtes would hate it, but it wouldn't bother me ... we have all we need right here on our own turf.

Has anyone looked at India’s arsenal? It’s full of Russian hardware. They also have joint weapon development program with the Russians. If we export these chips and technology to India, who’s to say that it won’t end up on Russian missiles and get exported to Iran?
