Does anybody actually think that Iran is going to simply fade away? Is anybody dense enough to believe that they are developing nuclear technology for peaceful purposes? Is anybody actually naive enough to think that when they develop an offensive nuclear weapon they won't use it?
As you all know the latest bit of Iranian arrogance is the capture of the British sailors and at the time of this writing it still remains to be seen how the British government is going to handle the situation.
Iran's arrogance has actually been encouraged by the West. Oh I know we've instigated some sanctions but they are toothless and as we all know going to the United Nations is a waste of time.
And due to our impotence, beginning with the hostage crisis in the Seventies, Iran's arrogance has not been addressed and is growing like an out of control cancer.
Iran had no legitimate reason to take those English sailors. They just did it because they knew they could get away with it, just encouraging them to make more and bolder moves against the West.
We know they sponsor terror, we know they send insurgents into Iraq to kill our soldiers.
Iran will have to be dealt with one way or the other. As a nuclear power Iran would have the strength and the means to shut down all oil exports from the Persian Gulf and to hold the entire world in nuclear blackmail.
Or they could be dealt with now before they get the bomb. They have already been allowed to go too far. These people are zealots who believe that everybody in the world is wrong except for them and they will not relent until they're either stopped by the rest of the world or until they've blown up part of it.
I don't know why the French, the Germans and the other continental European nations think they'll be safe from Iran's nuclear threats. Europe already has a significant Muslim population and most of them would more than likely support Iran if push comes to shove.
The world needs to deal with the mad men in Iran before they do something that can't be undone and the only people I know of on earth who have the guts to do it are the Israelis.
If the job is left to them it is going to set off the most catastrophic war the world has ever seen in the Middle East.
Iran is not an American problem, a British problem or an Israeli problem. It's a Planet Earth problem. It just seems that Planet Earth will not take the blinders off long enough to see it.
Pray for our troops.

Why are musicians able to think clearer on this than Congress and most of the media?

God help us all if the ignorant Americans vote for a liberal socialist for the white house in 08.It will be Iran times ten (10) with United States cowering in the corner of the world taking everything the terrorist can throw at us, just as we did during the first Clintoon administration.
They think in iambic pentameter. When you go through the process, it clarifies your thoughts.
Because the Democrats primary duty is to oppose the Republicans and same goes for the Republicans vs Dim's. Neither party would let something like commonsense get in the way of the one goal to undermine the others policies.

Charlie Daniels gets it in spades, too bad so many other entertainers don't. Think of what it would be like if the media actually had a conscience and supported the war like in WWII, instead of hating America first.
