Does this suggest a need for TORT REFORM to anyone? This lawyer was high up in the Association of Trial Lawyers of America hierarchy. Why haven't we heard more about this case?

I always like hearing stories about such fine people helping the down-and-outs. That they are thanked for their help is always a bonus.

No, it doesn't suggest the need for tort reform.

I'd like to hear more about this case, and I'd like to see more prosecutions of this kind. These situations are by no means rare.

What do you think should be done for the parties who unjustly lost their case due to bribery? Should they have civil recourse against the briber and the bribee?
