He is deliberately trying to provoke the U.S. into bombing the nuke facilities. He needs us to attack in order to rally the people around him, and I don't mean just the Democrats.

Don't underestimate this guy.
He is not crazy, he knows exactly what he is doing.
On the otherhand, the UK and the USA are the ones who either are not sure what to do or don't have the courage to stand up to this man.
