On the first two visits .. Berger went to Nancy Smith's office and not the secure room

Nancy Smith left Berger alone in her office to provide him privacy while he was using her phone to make personal calls.

hey, B-A. Isn't this disgusting! I'm wondering if they traced the calls he made to see who he called...maybe this will be covered later in show.
