Bush's biggest mistake: not cleaning house when he took office in 2001. I believe he was sincere in wanting a "new tone", but didn't realized the hatred the Clinton holdovers at State, the Pentagon, and at the CIA had for him.

I watched the film, IN THE FACE OF EVIL tonight and in it is speaks about the way Bill Casey (CIA Director under Reagan) cleaned house at CIA when he took over. Thank you, Mr. Casey--that's how it's done.
