That may be true. I, however am more interested in why the Bush Justice department has covered this up. This was not incompetence, it was and is a cover up by the Bush administration.

We have too much of this. What is Bush getting in return? This case is ten thousand times the current justice firings case.
These are the things that make you loose confidence in your government. Obvious crimes and corruption, overlooked.

An even more frightening question is, "what is President Bush protecting us from?" Conspiracy theories are flowing through my head like a raging river.

1. Bush and Clinton have agreed that the "friendly fire" missle takedown of TWA Flight 800 off of Long Island must never be revealed to the American public. (United Flight 93 may figure into the agreement as well.)

The simple explanation for the obvious administration coverup is that The Sandyman has some serious leverage over Bush in this affair. I don't know what that leverage is but the odds are that it involves the Clinton machine and that there is information in the Clinton's hands that Bush simply was not willing to see let out. I can't prove this but if true, it explains everything about this screwed up case.
