I have spent quite a bit of time researching and reading about the current GOP primary candidates.
I will vote for the nominee of the GOP.
The only candidate I will work for, raise money for and give my money to is Fred Thompson.

This post doesn't support Rudy. Why do you want Hillary to win? The line that will do Rudy in and you heard it hear first: "If Rudy cut and ran against Hillary the first time around, why give him another shot?"

On April 18, Frist and Tennessee Rep. Zach Wamp will host Thompson on Capitol Hill, where he'll meet with House and Senate members to discuss his possible candidacy. Wamp, who heads a draft-Thompson committee, told NEWSWEEK that so many lawmakers have expressed interest in the meeting that organizers had to reserve a bigger room and extend Thompson's visit from one hour to almost a full day. "I really believe he's in," Wamp says. "I think it's only a matter of him getting his personal affairs in order."

I don't think Fred has an ego big enough to be President.

The leftist media tried make RINO John McCain the Republican Nominee in 2000 by giving conservatives the silent treatment during the R primaries while mentioning McCain every other second. Now they're trying to do the same thing with RINO McCain or almost as RINO Guliani.
Fred Thompson might be the conservative who can overcome the media's agenda with his name recognition.

Fred gives conservatives hope. Great name recognition, decent experience, great likability and charisma. I wish he had more on the experience side especially as an executive, but there is a plus on being an outsider. Of course none of the Dems candidates can be considered experienced.
