This is probably the biggest difference between Southron's and Yankee's. We, for the most part, understand when someone is pi$$ing on our back, that althought the SCOTUS may rule that it's rain, it's still just pi$$.

had the south WON (or better yet had lincoln, the TYRANT, chosen PEACE with the new southern nation!), i suspect that the CSA would have had a CSSC within 90 days.

the TRUTH is that LOTS of things "required" by law do NOT happen, when a nation is at war with an cruel/merciless INVADER.
