I think they are deliberately pushing Bush into a Constitutional confrontation.

I believe their behaviour will get more and more blatantly treasonous, daring him to do anything about it.

I think they are TRYING to get themselves charged with something, in order to start riots.

The likelihood of that happening, unfortunately, is remote. But could she be impeached as a representative because she is consorting with the enemy under the Logan Act. If I'm not mistaken, what she is doing is a felonious act.
