Hey, thats an idea, take away Nancy's Airplanes until she produces an Iraq funding bill without conditions.

Whitehouse: "Nancy, the Air Force just called no more funds for aircraft, you are GROUNDED! Call us when you want to talk."

I like that. It's simple and easy. Cut off the fuel for Air Force 3, and she's stuck in Syria. It's elegant in its simplicity....
