I was simply pointing out that, hypothetically, if President George W. Bush were to take a stand as Constitutional and Presonally Charitable as that of Ron Paul -- and offer his own Private Funds for the award of a Congressional Medal...
...then "Dog Gone" would no doubt jump on the FReeper Bandwagon if some "Lying Presstitute" like Adam Clymer reported George W. Bush's offer as "George W. Bush opposes Congressional Medal for so-and-so Nice Person!" without any explanation of the Offer of Personal Charity involved.

No, it was just a hypothetical. To my knowledge, George W. Bush has never offered any of his own personal funds to defray the costs of any the Congressional give-aways which he has signed into law. I was just employing a thought-exercise to illustrate "Dog Gone"s dishonesty and double-mindedness.
