That is disgusting. All for the almighty dollar? How much more expensive could it it be to manufacture a quality nutritious pet food product in large quantities FGS?

read the article I linked, mom. it's the same article I read 9 years ago and changed my mind on feeding, it has been kept updated over the years and the pet companies cannot get it taken down because it speaks to truth.

It's absolutely horrendous Mom. I first became aware of it when my dog was diagnosed with diabetes. The vet recommended a diet that was 60 per cent fat!, the dog needs 1/3 protein, 1/3 carbohydrate, 1/3 fiber. I asked him why he would tell me to feed the dog that, and he said that the salesman for the product assured him it was the best food on the market! The vets are idiots. Don't trust them.

I have 4 dogs, a wolf, and a wolf hybrid. The wolf refused to eat the science diet about 3months ago, and now we know why.

I feed them brown rice, beef, chicken and a kelp vitamin, along with fish oil. I don't trust any of the dog food companies or the vets at this writing.
