Maybe Mr. Forbes can convince Mr. Giuliani of the merits of a flat tax.
Russia instituted a flat tax rate of 13 percent some years back. Revenues to the treasury immediately soared by 3-4 times.

A flat tax is the one thing I like about Teve Torbes.
If Rudy ran on that I might consider voting for him.
Wow, I just heard the second Rudy commercial on WMAL today. I've heard a different one almost every day.
