I just came back from a trip to Romania and Bulgaria, returning through Amsterdam. On my final flight to the US, I noticed quite a few Muslim males between the age of 20 and 40 getting on board. Most of them were alone and sat stone-faced prior to and during boarding. I took note of where they sat (all different parts of the plane including where I was in business class) and seriously was making mental plans of what to do if they were to start their jihad. I identified other able-bodied males around me and thought about how I would recruit them for a Todd Beemer move, should the need arise.
It was the first time in many travels since that I thought about such things.
Fortunately, nothing happened.
