That being said, if he is too stupid to understand the culture he should not have went there. I am some what stunned he found a place to consume all that alcohol to begin with. My understanding is liquor/beer is prohibited in Dubai so he must have consumed same at a private residence? In any event, a stupid culture and a stupid foreigner don't mix...
When I was in Dubai in the early 90's, there were all sorts of places to drink. I always enjoyed going to Dubai, and never had a problem there. I also knew the local customs, and wasn't dumb enough to run around and insult people.
