Who cares what was used to kill this guy! Just another anti-2nd Amendment article mixed in with the border incident.
Would the headline been "Agent kills man with base ball bat", if a bat was used???? No, of course not, but the reference to an ASSAULT RIFLE is to scare people so they will go along with a dem ban on all rifles.

Thank goodness they didn't use a .50 cal sniper rifle. We would have never heard the end of that. LOL.
