The same old whining and the blame game. They have been given aid money for infrastructure by the bag loads over the years. Did they use it for that purpose? No. They are more interested in C-4 vests, Qassam rockets, green uniforms and stockings for their heads. Wiping Israel off the face of the map is their only concern.
