No.
I'm a little rusty so this may not be technically exact..
- Limbo and Purgatory are different places.
- Limbo is where a baby would go. It hasn't committed any sins and only has Original Sin (darn you Adam and Eve!).
- Purgatory is where you go for 'minor' Sins, like fibbing or swearing.
- You can get out of Purgatory eventually, after your penance is complete.
- One is stuck in Limbo forever. Until the 'End of Time'.
That's how I recall it from Catechism.
