Why can't we all agree to look at all candidates, point out the areas where we agree, or disagree with them, and move on.

I agree. I'm disappointed in the immaturity of some Freepers sometimes.

Unfortunately there seems to be an abundance of people who think this is all a game. Pick a side and defend it no matter what, and attack, smear and demonize any opponent rather than deal with the fact that some will disagree.

A mature, intelligent discussion every now and then would be refreshing.
