I think the Moth Ball Fleet should stay put.... They are a landmark (I use to see them as a kid going over the Benicia bridge)

The problem is our Govt. has OK'ed huge grants to dismantle old Fleets and so the sharks want the $$$$ IMO it is a waste of money and the potential for pollution/toxins scrapping them would make Al Gore's phantom Global Warming look like an old outdated theory.

I will try google but I really could use FReeper help so can pass the info onto those who want to update and Thank our locals for fighting to keep the sham from coming here.
