According to Einstein the Earth does not rotate around the Sun, they are actually moving in straight lines. Their gravity causes space to curve giving the appearance of oval orbits.
Einstein was right, except that there is no gravity reaching across space. Rather, everything is getting BIGGER, by about one-one-millionth of its size every second. This causes things that are moving to slowly to expand into each other. It also creates the orbital effect.
Of course, objects in motion move naturally in curvilinear paths, and only move in straight lines (relative to a fixed observation point) if energy is continuously applied to them to force them to move straight. Cease adding the energy, and they resume their curvilinear movement.
