It's not easy to see those car seats. They'll have to make smoking Probable Cause to pull you over to see if there is a child in a car seat. Or smokers could put "No Baby On Board" signs in their windows.
You're right. We need to get rid of those mandatory car seat laws. And no, I'm not being sarcastic. I survived just fine without them, and so did my two grown children.
