I've always wondered how an ME report could use "accidental" in relating to an overdose.
They can't possible know the circumstances.

Good question. I wonder if the report goes into why they ruled out suicide given her depression and reports of previous attempts, for instance.

Right. Do they know for sure that she knew she was taking chloralhydrate? Maybe its one drug she had abused in the past and had always been taking it, but I would be curious as everyone seemed very surprised last week when this leaked out that the drug was chloralhydrate.
