It's fine for almost everyone, but I think an ex-PRESIDENT or a Senator or a Scientist is way above TV LAND. I like it myself, but I expect leaders and men of knowledge to not.....at least be smart enough not to admit watching it.
Oh come on. If it was Reagan or Bush who said they liked I Love Lucy you'd be talking about how down to earth he is.
