Agree. I think they fear a Paris scene of burning cars by "hooligans" too much to adjust their thinking on ROE. That said, I saw a poll saying under 10% of Brits were for an active engagement with Iran over this incident. "Talk" was the order of the day. And it worked. They got their people back but with a big spoon of humiliation that's going to last for a very long time.
