I have quit watching TV preachers because all they seem to do is plead for money. One even says to send in a certain amount so you will get material possessions. I do not understand why people believe these people.

These preachers turn a lot of people away from religion because of their lust for money.I always change the channel when I come across the so called preachers who are no different than the late night infomercial pitchman.

I saw Benny Hinn once. I cannot understand why he has such a big following. And Crouch and his wife . . . I'm not going to say what I think of them.

They lust after things.


I guess it would be more fun to believe that God will give you a bunch of stuff that you want in exchange for a bit of your cash vs. sacrificing your hard earned cash (which is God's any way) to help send a missionary to share the gospel with poor people in an impoverished country. The latter yielding a heavenly treasure which you can't eat, wear , or show off.
